What could be more Swiss than a pocket knife with a blade specially designed for cheese? SWIZA has done just that with its CH05R model. The SME's latest creation, the cheese blade, is designed to easily cut both hard and soft cheeses. SWIZA has also developed a serrated blade for, for example, slicing bread to accompany the cheese. Other useful picnic tools are also included with the knife: a bottle opener, a cutting awl, and a corkscrew.
